REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Quantex Research, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. As all of our compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. All sales are final.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quantexresearch.com. Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement.

2. Purity & Quality Concerns

We take the purity of our compounds seriously. Any claims regarding product quality or purity must be substantiated by a third-party, independent laboratory analysis (HPLC/MS). Verified purity issues are eligible for a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Process

In the rare event that a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at checkout.

  • Your bank statement will reflect the credit from: QUANTEX RESEARCH.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
