At Quantex Research, we strive to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered reliably to your laboratory.
1.Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Service Area & Restrictions
Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical professional or residential address is required for all orders to ensure secure delivery.
3. Shipping Options & Carriers
We ship via major domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
5. Delivery & Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. Quantex Research is not responsible for delays or loss caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
