Research Use Only Products

All products available on Quantex Research are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, medical treatment, or veterinary use. By purchasing from Quantex, you acknowledge and agree that: You are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a legitimate research institution. You fully understand the risks involved in handling research compounds. You will not use our products for personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Quantex Research is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse or mishandling of our products. All responsibility lies with the buyer upon receipt and use of the product.
Your bank statement will reflect the charge as: QUANTEX RESEARCH.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be declined if misuse is suspected, shipping restrictions apply, or incorrect information is provided.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Quantex Research does not store any payment or card details. Your bank statement will reflect the charge as: QUANTEX RESEARCH.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, all sales are final. Any claims regarding product identity or purity must be substantiated by a third-party, independent laboratory analysis (HPLC/MS). Claims without professional laboratory verification will not be considered for refund or replacement. If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us at support@quantexresearch.com within 48 hours with photo evidence.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 0-2 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Quantex Research is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
